Vodacom has the worst service ever

If you were looking to take out a contract with vodacom my advice is run away. Im sure there is someone else out there who can give you a better service. I have a phone I took on contract with Vodacom at the end of last year. It just died and I took it back to Vodacom for repairs which was a back and forth for almost 2 months while I continues to pay for the phone. After a long struggle they brought my phone back without its charger and the box. So how am I supposed to use my phone without the charger. Must I now struggle and borrow a charger from other people. The worst thing was them blocking my number from calling their call centre while they have my phone. There is just noone willing to take accountability or be helpful about anything. Their hellopeter team is worse all you’ll hear is that they’ll follow up and you never hear anything from them again.
