Vodacom has the worst service

Vodacom has got the worst service, I put in a complain last week about Vodacom on hello Peter about being debited more than what I should've been debited and an advisor called me the next day to try assist and she told me that she will go through my account and give me a call back but I am still waiting. I called in again on the 18th of February to ask the advisor to put me through to the relevant department but she says she doesn't know the advisor so I can't be put through to her, I also requested for voice recordings of all my calls and they refused and said I can only go to the Vodacom shop to listen to them. I asked to be put through to the complaints department and I was told that I can only email them of which I did the previous week but still no response. So basically no one at Vodacom wants to assist me with my query and refund my account
