vodacom has the worst customer service in the country !!!!!!!!!

i cant get any help from tel number ********** 4 -just rings and rings its a disgrace ! vodacom - k ********** - upgrade sick of rubish service !!!

all i keep getting back is a response on hello peter to say : Dear Customer,
