Vodacom has the worst customer service in South Africa

Vodacom is the most useless, pathetic, ridiculous and unhelpful company with the worst customer service in the whole of South Africa. If its possible its even worse than Eskom. It is impossible to speak to any form of leadership such as a manager or even anyone that actually knows what they are doing. I have never in all my life dealt with such a bunch of useless, unhelpful, rude and pathetic people as these employed at Vodacom. Not to mention that nobody working there has a clue what they doing.
