Vodacom has the worst customer service
Vodacom has the absolute worst service ever. I have had an ongoing issue with Vodacom since last year- 2023. It is now a new year and there has been now resolve. I emailed them and contacted them on social media yet no feedback. On Friday Social media said that I would get call back and yet nothing. IT IS TUESDAY! My SIM does not work and mind you this is a second SIM yet I am getting deductions
