Vodacom has the worst customer service

I am very frustrated and angry with Vodacom services. They refuse to cancel my DATA contract which ended last year June. Vodacom does not respect people's decision and they keep on billing me for a contract I no longer want. Every Consultaltant has a different story every time I call. Last week I called in to cancel my cellphone CONTRACT and I was told that it is being escalated for cancelation, today when I call in, I'm being told that they see no cancelation.

Hello Peter, please help me, I am sick and tired of this company. This company does not respect people's decision, Vodacom literally forces people to owe them money. I dnt know what to do anymore because I talk to different consultants who tells me different stories. I am so angry, I no longer wish to be a Vodacom customer. MXM
