Vodacom has the worst custimer service
Vodacom has the worst service.
Vodacom has linked my account to someone else's name erroneously and that individual has an arrear balance and now Vodacom has now blocked my phone for the last 2 weeks in december and refuse to change the contract back to my name.
Now I am paying for a service which has not been functioning for the past 2 weeks
Vodacom is extremely ********* please do not use them
