Vodacom has the worst cancelation department
I'm so angry I've been struggling to cancel my contracts with Vodacom but always promised someone call me back but never do
The rather want to upgrade me on a smaller package & refuses to give a confirmation sms.
This is so frustrating as I call in 2-3 time daily for me than a month now.
The worst & poorest cancel department ever.
