Vodacom has still not sorted out my query!!!

I am rather horrified that Vodacom does not care about their customers. I have put a number of reviews on Hello Peter regards the SAME issue, and all you get back is probably an automated reply saying that they are aware of the query and they will get someone to call. Well that is absolute nonsense because NO ONE from vodacom calls. My query has still not been resolved and they do not care, because all they care about is our money. Every month without fail they debit our accounts, never will they ever skip a month but cannot provide customer service. HOW PATHETIC!!! Well this will be my last contract with vodacom, I actually cannot wait for the contract to be over so that I can move over to another service provider. I urge anyone who is thinking of going with vodacom, please reconsider as after you take the contract, they forget about providing customer service!!!
