Vodacom has ruined my life

I have paid off Vodacom last year already and until Thisbe year it still reflects when I try taking up any other credit, they are ruining my credit rating, they asked me for the money I owed them I paid it in full and now it’s 8 months and they still appear, if anything this is bullying and harassment because this means I can only get credit from them and now where else I am ****ed to the core that I cannot get my life back on track due to their lack of professionalism and humanity.
