Vodacom has ****** me my money and never delivered what I have purchased.

Around March 2022 I have bought Huawei Mini Humidifier with my 450VB and paid R49 difference using my card on their voda bucks shop online. I never received it and No communication from vodacom. 15 May 2022 , I sent an email to *** explaining that I never received what I have purchased and that I want my refund of 450VB and R49. But till this day I haven' t receive any feedback from Vodacom. I feel that vodacom have ****** me my money and never delivered what I have purchased. It's been 5 months and they are just quiet, even when I sent them an email 3 months ago. They still don't bother to reply Nor to explain
