vodacom has real bad service

My phone was sent in to vodacom repairs for boot up problem. After waiting 2 weeks they said board burnt deu to PHYSICAL DAMAGE. So I was waiting for the phone to get back after spending a few hours to find the phone they tell me they sent it back coz the screen was cracked. I gave my phone in with no physical damage. Day 5 and no one can give me awnsers vodacom says its ram fault and ram says its vodacom. In the meantime I have to sit without a phone until they either do their work or decide who is at fault. I don't see why I have to wait another 14days for something that is not my fault and still pay for a phone that I don't have
