Vodacom has poor customer service

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Vodacom.

I lost my job in the beginning of the year. I couldnt make payment for about 3 months until I was employed again. Yesterday on 04/11/2024 my numbers and contracts with Vodacom was cancelled, even though I was paying each month to catch up with the arrears.

Payment arrangements were made with the designated collection company. I paid my account on your Vodapay app in good faith that Vodacom would receive it much faster. Yet Vodacom still went ahead and cancelled my account as a whole. I called your collections department and was given poor excuses that there was no payment arrangements done. Even though Vodacom received the payments every single month.

That poor excuse is unacceptable. You appointed a collection agency on this account where i made the arrangements. You received your payments on your own portal. The payment reflects immediately and you still went ahead to do this.

If Vodacom does not contact me before the end of this week on 08/11/2024. I will take matters further through the proper forums and ombudsman channels for breaching CPA rights. Breaching agreements.
