Vodacom has pathetic service

Vodacom is the worst network I have ever had to deal with. They come up with these useless apps claiming it's for making life easier for their customers meanwhile it does the opposite, it just brings unnecessary stress.

Twice now I have used their app to pay my bill and it just deducts the money from my bank account but does not allocate the payment to my contract. I then have to make millions of calls to their customer service line and no one seems to help. They ask for proof of payment, I send it but still nothing happens. No one even bothers to call you or even email you to tell you the progress of your case. If you don't phone them and fight, nothing happens... and mind you, every time you call you spend like 30 - 40 minutes on the line with your own airtime and they just pass you around from one consultant to the next. No one has any sense of responsibility, they all just shift the blame to someone else or another department.

Seriously... if you're thinking of taking a vodacom contract DON'T!!! All you'll get from them is headache's and wasting your money calling their call centers that do nothing to resolve your issue!

My contract with them is only about 6 months, but already I am having all these problems with them.

Pathetic service, its appalling!
