Vodacom has ongoing problems

Recently taken out a contract with Vodacom,and it's been a nighmare,my data sim only worked for couple days and now it does not work at all.This is not the first Time Vodacom has given me the run around,this is Bull**** ,I want this sorted out ASAP or cancel my contract
