Vodacom has now escalated my monthly debit order a second month in a row

Vodacom has now escalated my monthly debit order a second month in a row. After the first increase, I called in, and cancelled three of my contracts, they now went and increased my debit orders again after my previous contracts were cancelled. When you call them an confront them, they say they legally have right to increase debit orders.. true its legal, but how you do it is specified, and vodacom is not following the right way of increasing debit orders. According to the national credit act, any increase amounts have to be specified at contract signing. Fees have to be disclosed. if fee increases are not disclosed, it will be considered as hidden fees and hidden fees are not allowed according to teh national credit act and the conument protection act. The staff are arrogant and there is zero loyalty from vodacom towards their clients. It is pathetic that such a large company has no control over how there clients are being treated by their own employees
