Vodacom has not resolved my billing issue

Vodacom does not care about their customers, it has never ever tried to resolved things professionally and when i call i always get an *********** rude person who does not give effort to investigate and give answers to customers.<br> <br> i need someone to help sort out my Billing issue ASAP but Vodacom is not helping
