Vodacom has no service in Hartbee****rt/Brits

Vodacom, how can it be that you have no technicians in Hartbee****rt/Brits area? Why must working people in this day and age be without internet for 72 hours?? How must we do business? Please, without copy and pasting your answer, tell me this: How do you service this area without dedicated local technicians?? HOW? I suggest any other service provider - but Vodacom.
