VODACOM HAS NO SERVICE

I have been trying to cancel my 36 month contract for my daughters laptop. Unfortunately, no one answers the phone and all emails bounce back. There is NO WAY to cancel the contract and there is no customer service. Very disappointed by this and will never make us of their services again.
