Vodacom has no service

<p>I have been in contact with Vodacom for the past month about not being able to login onto their secured site. Promises, promises but all come to nought. Now they do not want their money. They have not debited my account with their montly amount due. To cap it all their service centre does not work. Phone and all that happens is I am told to stay on the line. For how long? A month. No Vodacom. Stop bragging about being the biggest cellphone provider in the country and start doing something about your customer service because it is non-existant.</p>
