Vodacom has no respect for elderly (humanity)

My mother is nearing 80 y.o. with signs of dementia and Parkinson's. We got her a special phone from Norway that is easy to use for people with Parkinson/ shaking.

18 months ago Vodacom (online) sold her a mobile phone. When my brother and I found out we went through great lengths to get it cancelled but we had no luck and are still paying for the contract although she is not using the phone or phone no.

Recently the same has happened, Vodacom (online) sold her a second contract and now she is paying for two phones and neither can be used. Again we are going through every effort to get it cancelled and returned but we are pushed between Sales department/ after sales / customer service departments and shops without any joy. Neither can help and just push the bucket along...

I am utterly disappointed with Vodacom and can't believe a company can go SO LOW!! for an R50/ month contract.

Can Senior management please explain to me their company values?
