Vodacom has no integrity

I have signed up to Vodacom 3month interim LTE plan. Thereafter, it was supposed to change to uncapped fibre. Vodacom have informed me that the hardware installed must be changed. I have been told for over 2 that a technician is on the way. ... I am locked in a contract, receiving something other than what I have signed up for.
