Vodacom has NO customer sevice

Dear Vodacom. Your customer service is absolutly non existent! I am so sorry I changed to Vodacom. I have reported my problem twice & have 2 SR numbers but still I am waiting for some sort of feedback. I was called back by one person, whi advised me to try something, which did not work & he was to phone me back half an hour later. Needless to say, 2 days later, I am still waiting for his call back! It seems that once Vodacom has got you to join them, they no longer care about the customers needs! What am I paying for? Certainly NOT for service like this & also an internet where I cannot harness the full potential! Absolutly appauling. I would not recommed anyone to join Vodacom!!!
