Vodacom has no customer servise

Vodacom is the most frustrating and unsupported company I 'have dealt with .Battling four weeks to remove my name from the ITC (Experian) that is not even my account .There is no customer service .People don't know how to do there work in their departments .Some drops the phone while I am busy explaining my frustration to get this sorted as it influence my home loan application. Need someone that can help me to sort this out as quick as possible .
