Vodacom has no customer service feedback

I already cancelled my contract in March 2017 because they keep on deducting extra money but they never give feedback to what is going on on the account. Every time you go back again for the issues to be sorted promises are made and nothing was done to sort out the problem. Now they send me an invoice for May month after I had cancelled the contract in March that ended in April

I am glad I asked for a copy to be printed out ro state that I cancelled rhe contract. I know through previous experience that mails send by the ladies working at the Vodacom shops to customer care or head office are just ignored and no one is reading these mails because till today my issue was never resolved and I never got any feedback or my money back like they said.

Money was taken out of my account for something that was not purchased by me and no one want to assist you as the customer but they can quickly press all the buttons for the deductions to go through.

What this showed me is that Vodacom only care about the money that need to be collected and nothing else matters.

I am listed as a bad payer because of the negligent from Vodacom side. That is why I prefer not to have a contract with Vodacom anymore

This is what happened

Normally for the 2 contracts on my name I paid under R 800.00 each month. The amount was always the same for nearly 2 years and then they just put a debit order trough for over a R 1100.00.

I went to the Secunda Vodacom shop and the lady said it was for extra data bundles that was purchased on my account through my account. If I remember correctly this was the 2nd month that this happened.

On the system she showed the data bundles that was purchased on my account according to the system. I told her that the contract is a top up and there is no way that we can buy or add any airtime or data on the phone.

She said that there is a way and then I gave the phone to her and said that she must please buy data bundles through the phone on this account. She was still explaining that the system does not lie and that we must have added the data. I insisted that she show me that it is possible to add data bundles on the account.

She then went online to purchase data and it did not go through. I told her to do it again and double check. Again the extra added data did not go through to be calculated with the account.

She then send a mail for the problem to be sorted and told me that my account will be credited because there is no way that we could have bought data on this account.

The following month was exactly the same and there was extra money that they wanted to deduct through the debit order and again it did not go through. This happened after the Vodacom personnel saw that there is no way

For me to load data on this line because there was no option given on the phone to load extra data on the account.

I went back again and the lady that helped me was on leave. Another lady helped me and could not give me feedback on the previous e mail that was send to resolve this issue because only the person that send the mail could see the reply.

Again they explained that I loaded extra data and again I showed the lady that it was impossible and that her assistant tried and also could not purchase extra data on this account. I then send a message to *111# to get the amount of data that was loaded for the month on this specific number because there was already new data purchases that was added for the next month’s account. I showed the lady the message on the phone that was just send by Vodacom about data available and when it was purchased and she could see the proof that I just showed her and asked her to please resolve this issue. She said that she will make sure they do not deduct the extra money because she can see that this was not my doing and will ask for this to be investigated and that she will tell all this on the mail and that they need to credit my account for the amounts to be credited to my account.

So she also send a mail so this issue can be rectified and that the amount Vodacom deducted will be credited to my account. Again nothing was done and the money was deducted again.

By this time I was furious because there are never any progress or feedback on any mails send from the Vodacom shop Secunda to where ever they send it to be sorted. Again I went back to the Vodacom shop and spoke to the ladies there but there was no answers why this was happening nor any feedback on this issue that was already going on and was deducted for the 5th month and not one person did anything to see what the problem was and why this was happening every month for the last 5 months and no feedback was given ever.

So this is my issue with Vodacom. I WAS A CLIENT AND NEVER IN MY LIFE WAS I LISTED AS A BAD PAYING CUSTOMER AND NOW WITH THE NEGLAGANCE ON VODACOM’S SIDE I HAVE A BAD CREDIT.

THE SECOND THING IS THAT THE MONEY WAS JUST TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER I HAVE REPEATEDLY SHOWN AND PROFEN THAT THIS CAN NOT BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT. THERE WAS NO OPTION GIVENON VODACOM ONLINE TO DO SO.

Still today I got no feedback on any of this. About 2 months after this incident I was in the area and stopped at the shop to ask if they got any feedback because I can’t pay for something that I did not get as I showed them. Previous times.

The answer to me was that they can’t see any info on this issue anymore because I transferred this specific number to my daughter and it is not under my name anymore.

Do you think this is the way to handle customer issues. After 5 months not yet resolved and the customers money was just taken and nothing was done to give me even a little bit of assistance.

All I want to know now is how do they just push you as a client one side and dont give you any feedback or answers but they keep on deducting your money and do nothing about the ekstra money they deduct and never sort out the problem.

Greetings

Morning.
Is there any feedback on this.
I got e mails to ask for my account number and id number but I still did not get any feedback .
They asked for a copy of the e mail where it states that I canselled my vodacom contract. I did not sent anything to them because I already told them it was canselled at the Secunda shop and I asked for a print out.
So they just keep on deducting from my bank account.
Can someone please tell me if any of the transactions where there are a issue on a clients account has ever been solved.
To me it looks like I am just wasting my time and breath to try and speak to anyone at Vodacom.
But I will not stop.
Each time I will take it a step higher.
