VODACOM HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

This a company with no customer care they should remove the care from there name. they don't have there own consultants working for them they all contractors with no ability to assist you over the last few months don't know how many calls no assistance every call made you have to explain yourself again because every person you speak too doesn't have the time to care about you as a customer. when you ask what notes is loaded on the system noting so every call you start afresh thinking you will be assisted never happens. i think i will move my frustrations to the ombudsman maybe in that way we can get answers.
