Vodacom has no customer service!

Absolutely pathetic service from Vodacom. I've been trying to cancel my late Mother's contract since she passed on behalf of my Father. As a pensioner, of course my father already has enough on his plate, so we as children step in to assist as much as we can. Now if only Vodacom could actually be able assist!! Every staff member in store tells us to call the call centre, in turn the call centre tells us to send an email with the required documents...which we do...then nothing! No response to any emails whatsoever!! When we explained our situation to a call center member and asked to speak to his manager as we needed to have this escalated, we were told that their managers are not taking any calls from customers. Well, isn't that just dandy!!! Must be a nice job to have hey! What pathetic customer service!!! I can't wait to have this contract to be canceled, Vodacom will never receive any business from me or my family ever again!
