vodacom has no customer service

I have been waiting for my phone since 12 July 2017 it's now the 7th October. The last communication was for me to collect my new phone and when I got there it was still the same phone is unacceptable I was told that they need to send it back after I informed them it was the exact same phone with the exact same hardware problem. I want this problem sorted out in the next week a new phone is what they said I can collect and now it just excuses. When I told them it had a hardware fualt it should have been replaced then.
