Vodacom has no customer care

3 weeks and still waiting for someone to contact me for my last complaint and they said they would in December already.

Additional, I am still waiting for 2 years for vodacom to contact me on the ********** contract one of their vodacom stores gave me... greenstone mall. Still nobody bothers, they make enough money... they do not need to look after people anymore.

I am sure I can say ********** when things were written in pen on a contract to get a sale but not given.
