VODACOM has no consideration for customer service!
No help, communication from any consultant. Was literally on the phone for a hour, still with no joy. Vodacom continues to leave a sour taste in my mouth. Siya Nduna promised to call back, over 24 hours later and still nothing.
PATHETIC REALLY!
