Vodacom has no common logic with in their ****a shop organisation

so for the past couple of months ( 7 to 8 ) I have been paying between R 800.00 to a R 1000.00 per month on my vodacom account, mainly due to the fact that I knew it was behind, I have gotten the account down from +- R 2800.00 to +- R 1100.00, vodacom has been aware of this all along , however now in a period of 2 days I receive the same letter stating that I have 7 days to pay or this will be taking further....... I mean seriously *** .... I didnt get that kind of ******* when I was almost R 3000.00 behind , now I am being threatened, over and above that I pay reactivation fees every time, cause then my line is cut and then I make a payment when I get paid, then I get reconnected again and I have to pay reactivation fees again....... is vodacom loosing all sense of common logic cause seriously you can see double payments are being made but if you can charge more and increase the debt why not, now unfortunately for vodacom, I know the NCA, NCC and the legislation that goes hand in hand with this as I my self work for a financial institution that makes vodacom look like a dam ****a shop on the corner....................... so please by all means take this further and charge me reactivation fees again, cancel my line and please but please list me on ITC, this time around I will take this matter to the Ombudsman, NCC and NCA at once

I have never received any response from Vodacom except for the above mentioned messages and then to tell me that I was advised by the call center of the arrears, which only states once again on the level of incompetence with in Vodacom...................... I never disputed the arrears read the complaint properly.......... the fact of the matter remains that I am paying between R 800.00 to R 1000.00 per month to catch up on the arrears, but my line is being cut every month and I have to pay reactivation every month which is pushing pushing up the out standing balance , I would like to get the National Credit regulator and National Consumer Commission involved as the payment history on my account will show that I have been paying more than what is required on a monthly basis
