Vodacom has no client service whatsoever!!!!!

Vodacom must have the most *********** people working for them, not one of the 23 people i have spoken to have assisted, nor made any attempt to help. Not even there department heads can help, what are they then getting paid for? a simple task like releasing a number for porting can surely not take 2 weeks!!!!! Pathetic really, sitting there earning a salary but completely clueless, shame on you!!!!!!! then there is TOBI - really? mind you guess he was actually a little better than the human assistance, at least he gives you options
