VODACOM has no answers almost 2 months later

S3-850BT-TOFU<br> From the 14th May 2015 till now I have wasted my TIME, ENERGY, PATIENCE ect ect ect ect with VODACOM.<br> <br> An ******* sim swap was done, Vodacom says at a shop. They can't tell me how it was done or by who or who will be held accountable and now they are ignoring me and deleting my posts or saying it is resolved!!! <br> <br> What more can I do to get answer???
