Vodacom has ****** my money.

I just saw a debit order of R329.50 on my bank app from vodacom, I never called them, never went into their shop and never agreed with them to buy something from them. How can I protect myself from this?

Hi I would have seen your reply earlier if you communicated directly to me. If you were able to open an account for me I take it that you have all my particulars including emai address and contact numbers.

I was denied a home loan because of this account because it shows tha it's in arrears. I went to a voda shop at middelburg mall and they confirmed they can see the account and also agreed that vodacom didn't give me anything.

I don't think it is fair to now send me to the police station to get an affidavit, get 3 signatures and all that. So now I must run around waist my resources for your mistakes.

Why don't you just check, who amogst your employees opened the account and check records and close the account and remove the account from the credit bureau?

You rep****;
"Dear Siphiwe, We have reviewed your query again, while I understand this isn't the feedback you were hoping for, we can confirm that the feedback remains the same. The relevant process was previously communicated and still applies".

Your reply doesn't have anything sensitive prompting you to go private, let others see what they could be subjected to if they find themselves in my situation. It just say that you don't care about having put me on credit bureau and Iost out on a home loan as a result.
What's the process again?
