vodacom has lost its integrity

The worse client experience one can get is with the telecommunication service providers. Took a contract for a cellphone with vodac chatz in greenstone mall only to found out their products are of bad quality. The xiaomi phone I took started to give problems 2 days after I took it. Went back to the store and I was told it needs to be sent back for checking and 10 days after I'm still with no phone. I mean where is the pride in that, vodacom use to be trusted. I knew that vodacom was a good brand that pride itself on that but this days they just don't care about the quality of the products and their service and the sad part is that they know about the bad quality products that they keep, they even design clause like "out of box service" so that once you sign contract you can deal with whatever problem that comes with that device. No pride at all to their brand, products and service, I mean this phone is supposed to last me 2 years but only 2days in use it gave problems and vodacom is not bordered by that.
