Vodacom has *********** workers

Good day I have a contract with vodacom and fell behind on some payments,i then phoned in to make some arrangements with them (please note i phoned them and not the other way around) i then made a arrangement with them and ask if my service wouldn't be suspended,they said no because i made a arrangement.the following day my line got suspended and i phoned in again,spoken to a lady and my phone call was cut,i tried to phone again and nothing happened on my phone so used my son's phone to phone,and customer care told me if i canceled my contract because my number was deleted,now i phoned again but now they say its automated and they didnt do it but customer care says they had to do it,i also request my phone calls to them because they accepted the arrangement and now no one can see it on the system,i told them that i need to get calls at least so i can still do business as im self employed,but im not getting any answers from them,what can i do in a matter like this
