Vodacom has idiots working at their accounts department

I have been handed over to debt collectors for an account that was paid MoNThs ago.

It is now affecting my credit score and I am unable to get anyone at Vodacom to resolve the issue.

I have sent proof of payment repeatedly and keep getting the runaround and transferred from one department to the next.

I will never be a Vodacom client ever again.

This is absolutely ridiculous.
