VODACOM HAS HIRED *********** STAFF
I had an account with Vodacom which I paid up in February 2020, Last week I received an e-mail from the attorneys without even contacting me about the payment. I called Vodacom after i paid my contract they gave me this ref no: *** confirming that my account was cancelled.
all of a sudden i'm told that my account is in arrears , i sent them and e-mail as per below which they have no responded.
Hi Shirley
Please note that at the time I went to may this payment my account was not owing please find attached proof of payment and please advise for which date you want the payment for?
I need your response asap, so that I may act on my side as well.
