Vodacom has hacked my Data on 4 contracts

I watched one night while waiting for a Vodacom agent to take my call and pass me on to the next department that never answered my account with Vodacom rise from R1800 to R1980. 5 days later with my account now at R2400 having switched off Data and Data Roaming on the phone on the account on the 7th, having visisted 4 stores, called the call centre 4 times, I finally got hold of a Customer Care agent on the 13th and did not let him go. After 1hour and 47 min, eventually listened to me and Soft Caped all my lines to the amount of R50 so that the contract of 1gig Data could not be charged out at more than R50 and that I would receive an sms to let me know the data I was using was now low. All my accounts where changed an I received a ref number for each line.

In Dec I was charged and blamed for using data off a WIFI ****le that had run out of power months ago and lying unsed in a bag, that the Agent in Dec told me that I still have data on the contract, but I had been charged R550 for extra for data and she logged a fault then. I heard nothing. This agant yesterday told me they sent me an sms to the wifi ****le number to advise me that I had used the data and that they would give me a credit of R485, and this was on SIM sms in a ****le, right!! wrong!!!!! I placed the ****le sim into a cell phone and received no sms! But what happened to the extra R75 over charge. The ****le remain off, the sim remains out of the ****le, uncharged and still they charging me DATA usage!! What is going on??? Getting back to the main line issue of 3gig of data being used up by the 7th of the month, on what I do not know, but even now that the Data swich is off and data roaming off position, I watched my account rise from R1800 to R2400 and could do nothing about it until yesterday, 13th, when I eventually got the agent to tell me there is this thing called SOFT CAP that I could attach on all my lines that are all open lines, limitless data, not capped at all. Hell am I was mad, yes this is my money Vodacom says I have to wait for the next bill run to sort out!! What the hell, so they can take more money from me. No ways!! not another cent! I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber since I got my first phone too long ago to mention. I have never been so fustated that there is no one to rectify this situation. No one to stop your account from rising. No one to sort out Data being used by someone else that does not have permission to your account details. They do not take responsibility and Vodacom support is to say to you they will esculate it to Technical and you must wait for an SMS, that never comes!! My hands are tied but I hope my accounts are tied up from their dirty clutches raping me of my money and telling me their is nothing they can do when there was!

In 7days my data on all my accounts have been hacked. The referance numbers are endless.

For the past two months I have more than 1 data bill that is beyond most people including my pocket of affordability.

This is shocking service and shocking Goodwill that should be reversed and with the error reported, yet they continue to take off my account and do nothing about it.

I have heard of others that have received this Good Will credit on Data, without Vodacom taking or explaining to their clients what and where this data acturally went, and blame you for using it. Well this time I have proof my cellular data have been off and they still continue to charge me. So who is wrong here.

RATING:

Service. 0

Call back 0

Solution provider 0

Call Centre 0

Money grabbers 10/10 (If you dont pay, they will black list you :( )
