Vodacom has good customer service
I've always thought about changing my telecoms network for my mobile phone. However I always receive great customer care from Vodacom, they always have solutions and happy to assist resolve any issues promptly. I've used other network providers in the past (MTN and Cell C) on mobile phones or other devices. Never had a more pleasant experience than Vodacom.
