VODACOM HAS GONE ROGUE

I've just received a quotation for contract renewal which I didn't request and upon viewing my vodacom online profile, I discovered that the "new" contract has already been loaded under my name.

why did you renew my contract without my consent? Who told you that I still want your services?

Please cancel the original contract and note that I won't be keeping the number. I no longer want anything to do with Vodacom. I will move to a different service provider.
