Vodacom has failed to adhere to the terms of my contract.

I have a cell phone account with vodacom which is a red advantage contract of R1000, and I had requested that it should be curbed at a voluntary limit of R50. now I had received an invoice of R6854.75, why is my request not adhered to? and I was never informed that I have reached the limit, on top of that I called vodacom on the 16 /11/11 and the 17/11/2016 several times, and I was promised that someone will call me back within 24 hours, to give me a response, no one did. I mean this is someone's salary, does vodacom try to increase their sales with us who are on contracts? this is so unacceptable, worst part of it is that I have 3 contracts with them, that means I should cancel all my contracts, because they cannot be trusted at all. Evfen around July I got an invoice of around R1900, and I took it light, now I can see that it looks like it is going to be a habit of over changing me, now I am left financially stranded and frustrated, because I cannot pay some of my accounts and debit orders because of them.
