Vodacom has been failing me for a whole month now

I have struggling with vodacom not being able to fix my sim swap problem from the 12th of April, I wrote a review and I was contacted on the 25th by the head office they did my sim swap but the number is still not working till this day I can't call or receive calls. I went to the vodacom shop twice this week Sunday and Wednesday still nothing my number is still not working . I sent email to the head office that did the sim swap in the 25th I'm being ignored it's been a month now I'm still not able to use my number

How long should I wait for my number to be dix yesterday you sent a response that a consultant will contact me How will I be contact when I can not receive or make calls the is not a single email receive on my email address *** for a whole month I lost my business with my number not working what is the real problem I have been using this number for more than 20 years but now I find out vodacom sold it to RMCS without my permission and also they don't want to do the sim swap

When will u be in touch you keep saying that but the is no movement i can not keep going to the voda shop it's expensive n I'll be going the 4 the 10th time in different shops hoping someone will help me but still which touch are you doing i need this number

Today is 5 May still nothing done i have not been contacted as promised i still don't have my number since the 12th of May should I start posting on social media platforms about how cruel vodacom has been to me just because I want my number how long should I suffer today the last day if it's not fixed I'll post everywhere that vodacom is a nonsense of service provider and whole month for a simple simple swap i have provided everything needed i have been to a literal shop 10 times still nothing is being fixed i have been literally **** to about being helped till today what is so hard about a sim swap this is my life that is stopping coz of a number I hate vodacom
