Vodacom has become a ****

People I'd advise you guys to cancel your contracts with vodacom because they have become the new R699 in south Africa my mum was told yesterday that she can cancel her contract all she has to pay is R881. 66 .. Something but today they woke up and decided to continue her contract after they assured her that they will cancel and blocked her number from calling them. They told her that they don't need her permission to continue the contract and she now has to pay R229. Something after she requested for the contract to be canceled and after she finished paying for her phone after the 24 months they continued charging her for the phone that she had completely paid for.... I repeat Vodacom is a **** they don't cancel contracts even if you repeatedly ask and they'll tell that "they don't need your permission to continue any contract under your name"
