Vodacom has bad customer service
If I could give a Zero star I could. I bought a Huawei P40lite on special in August, I was supposed to get free Bluetooth earphone and pay an extra R50 for a Huawei GT2e Watch. On delivery I only received a Watch and the device but no Earphone, been calling Vodacom to complain and no one is taking me serious. It seem like no one know how I can get my earphones, I went to several Vodacom Shops and the people there told me "That's what you get for buying online" Real nice
