Vodacom has absurdly poor reception
We have absurdly poor reception at home. we used to have great reception and based on the vodacom reception from years back we decided to use vodacom as our service provider. Now the reception is so bad that I have to stand right on the edge of my property to get reception to phone. This is affecting my business as I have a home office. Since this morning I have to make whatsapp phone calls using a different provider wi-fi, because neither me or my husband can make a phone call on the vodacom network even if we stand on the edge of our property. How do we do business if you cannot sit in front of the PC to get to the relevant information.

This was my original review:

So the consultants have contacted me and now we are waiting for the technicians apparently. I cannot make calls on the vodacom network for my business today again. And to me it is very unprofessional to phone a customer on whatsapp. I have spoken to our neighbors and they all have the same issues with Vodacom. I need more than empty promises.
