Vodacom Harrassing Customer with Unwanted SMS's

Since my data bundle expired I have been harrassed by Vodacom with SMS's every single day at 7am and also sometimes at night to buy more data. The SMS's say I can stop the messages by sending END to 100, which I have tried more than once but I keep getting the messages.

I called Vodacom's help line and they advised that they cannot stop the messages. I asked if I must accept getting these harrassing messages every morning for the rest of my life and the consultant (Jermina) said yes, she had checked with her supervisor (Ginswalo) and I would be stuck with getting these messages. She then gave me a number to make a complaint ( ********** ) but when I call this number it does not work.

This really is pathetic service from Vodacom and must surely be against the law to keep harassing a customer with unwanted messages that they cannot cancel. Unless the messages stop I will be changing cell phone company and advising as many people and platforms as possible of the extremely poor service received from Vodacom.
