Vodacom - happy for clients to be ****med

A few weeks ago, someone purporting to be calling from Vodacom (an '031' number) about 2 new packages I had ordered. I said I had definitely not. She mentioned an email address that I had sent from, which I have never had (similar to an ex employer). I said cancel, it is a *****. She was to call back. Alas... Then a week or so ago a courier call to deliver my 2 cell phones, at an unknown address. I said send them right back; courier's head office also called to confirm - I said I did not order, send back. Now I am told that two new packages are being invoiced to my old employer, with my name as reference. I did log with Vodacom's online ***** reporting last Friday, but of course have heard nothing! Whilst it is seemingly easy for ******** to do this with Vodacom, I can only imagine how difficult this will be to resolve with Vodacom! Look forward to hearing from them! I wonder what % of Vodacom's income comes from ****s?

Reviewer Update
So, 2 days after my post you eventually reply, directing me to an email address. My original message noted that I reported this last week Friday (the 19th) on your website. I did receive a reply advising that someone would make contact within 24 business hours - which has not happened of course! It shows unfortunately that Vodacom does not give a damn about their customers being ****med.
