Vodacom handset insurance is a ****

Dont take out handset insurance with Vodacom. For a number of years Vodacom has our company cell phone business and our handsets are insured with them. 6 months ago we submitted a claim for a ****** handset within the required 30 day claim period. They failed to process this claim and after numerous follow up with them they seem to have lost the claim and are now stating that the claim is expired
