vodacom hands u over to lawyers without your knowledge... now u have a bad credit rating

i would really like to know why vodacom feels its okay to hand me over for legal action.... get my credit rating dragged through the mud... wjen all i did was follow instructions from their advisors... the best part is everytime i speak to someone regarding my account i ask them to make notes on my account... and everytime i call after that i get told there are no notes on the system... i ask to speak to a manager and they refuse... i ask to have my calls listened to so that they can see that it was their own advisprs who advised me to cancel at a certain time on the month. yet i still get charged because i was not informed... calls are recorded... so why all of a sudden i cant listen to calls... the archive is 2 to 5yrs... so the calls under my name should ve there.. i am now being harrassed by lawyers to pay an account that was cancelled within the SLA. ... i cant apply for a bond because vodacom is in the way... you are messing with peoples lives... if you call me and actually take note of my account and listen to my calls you will see that i shouldnt be oweing anything... i would never recomend... customer ratings are so bad... up till today i have laywers calling me... i didnt even know my account was handed pver because no1 informed me... and i never recieved any bills since i cancelled so how is it okay to do this? i would like a call from someone who is actually going to help me and not tell me sorry it is what it is...i feel like im being ****** and treated like a ********
